Yes! Cottages at Leon Creek proudly welcomes cats and dogs. You may have up to three pets per home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions and weight limits may apply, so we encourage you to contact our leasing team for full details. 

Yes. Parking is available for residents at Cottages at Leon Creek. 

Yes, resident parking is free. 

At this time, Cottages at Leon Creek does not offer furnished homes. All residences are leased unfurnished.

Leasing & Payments
