Yes! Cottages at Leon Creek proudly welcomes cats and dogs. You may have up to three pets per home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions and weight limits may apply, so we encourage you to contact our leasing team for full details.

Leasing & Payments
Most applications are processed within 2–3 business days.
Rent payments are made securely online through the resident portal.
No, utilities are not included in the rent. Residents are responsible for setting up CPS Energy (electric service). Water and internet are billed back to the resident through the property.
We do not require Renter’s Insurance. We charge a required $15 monthly fee, which covers the building. We encourage them to carry renters’ insurance on their personal belongings.
Maintenance
Yes. On-site maintenance is available to help keep your home in top condition.
Residents can submit maintenance requests through the online resident portal.
Residents are responsible for routine household upkeep inside their homes. This may include tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing batteries in smoke alarms.
For maintenance emergencies, contact the community-provided emergency maintenance number for prompt assistance. The community offers 24/7 maintenance support.
